“I called Pennywise to get a quote for a ductless mini split. I was amazed by the quote that they gave us, and to be honest, I felt like Jack was going to take care of what we needed. Once we got the quote, we waited a very short period and we were booked and paperwork was in. It was great to get it in right before Christmas!!! Jack made sure that everything was perfect. He came with a crew of 5 and all of them were very polite and hardworking. This was a big job and they got it done in a day in a half. Again, I was impressed. After they finished, Jack and Steve took the time and showed me how to work the air system. I would recommend Jack and Pennywise for the installation of your ductless mini split. A++ ”
